Your Career
As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will work on the Cortex platform, serving many teams and customers. You will diagnose and solve performance-related issues in a highly challenging product at a massive scale. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with different engineering teams to enhance performance test coverage for existing and new features and to automate our performance regression tests.
Your Impact
- Design and build internal tools for the execution and monitoring of automated performance tests
- Design and develop new automated performance tests for complex cloud infrastructure
- Execute performance tests, analyze results, identify performance issues and bottlenecks, and propose improvements for system stability and quality
- Work with cloud technologies and tools
- Collaborate closely with various engineering groups throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements to release
Your Experience
- Experience working with Kubernetes
- At least 3 years of experience as a performance engineer
- Strong knowledge of performance test concepts
- Experience with load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Solid experience in Python
- Proficiency in diagnosing and solving complex problems with detailed technical analysis
- Creativity in automating manual processes using various technologies and innovative approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
