Please review the following job description:
This position exists to provide leadership responsibility for vendor management, within the assigned business unit, to ensure all vendors are in compliance with Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Policies and Procedures. Position will manage, coordinate, and facilitate all vendor artifact programs, to ensure timely completion, along with engagement activities, associated with vendor contracting, to remain compliant with Supplier Adherence Advisory requirements. Position manages five or more core vendors.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Completion of assigned risk assessments, due diligence, and compliance monitoring programs

3. Monitoring and review of vendor contract Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Performance. Continuous improvement contract activities and performance credit allocations as directed by each contract.

4. Facilitating and scheduling of required Vendor On-Site Reviews and completing appropriate documentation to fulfill Adherence requirements and uploading into Archer.

5. Facilitating annual Executive Review (Summit) meetings for Critical Core Third Parties

7. Responsibility and facilitation of Change Management programs related to contractual changes. Includes all reporting, contract and procurement activities.

9. Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities as identified.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. College degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

2. Seven years of experience in business function or relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, vendor management, materials management or equivalent

3. Strong analytical skills to include statistics and forecast modeling

4. Strong relationship management skills

5. Strong communication skills - written, verbal, presentation - to include all levels of management

6. Negotiation and consulting experience

7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MicroSoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:

1. College degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Management and Logistics
