Join our 2025 Compliance Associate Program as a Summer Associate and be part of our Compliance organization, developing solutions that meet regulatory requirements and business needs. The role offers the chance to shape our strategies and operations, influence our business approach, and collaborate with professionals across the firm. You'll gain insights into our Compliance function through a 9-week program, starting with comprehensive training and progressing to team-based work in areas like Global Financial Crimes Compliance, Employee Compliance, Data Risk Management, Technology & Cyber Operational Risk Management, Regulatory Strategy, and Trade Surveillance & Electronic Communications.

As a Summer Associate in our 2025 Compliance Associate Program, you will be part of our Compliance organization, working across the firm to develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements and business needs. You'll collaborate with professionals to advise on regulatory impacts and provide input on new strategies, products, and processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape our strategies and operations, and influence our business approach. Job responsibilities

  • Working with experienced professionals to give internal stakeholders advice on the impact of regulatory requirements
  • Interacting with senior management while developing a working knowledge of the laws and regulations that apply to our businesses and regions
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of relevant business and risk strategies
  • Participating in a senior speaker sessions, philanthropic initiatives, and other professional development events

This role is a pipeline to our full-time Compliance Associate Program. Upon successful completion of the internship, you may receive an offer of full-time employment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

We're looking for confident leaders with sharp attention to detail and the initiative to drive forward change. Additional skills & criteria include:

  • Pursuing a JD, MBA, M.A., M.S. or other advanced degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through August 2026
  • Experience researching and interpreting laws and regulations
  • Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Completion of the Bar exam preferred, but not required;
    *Note: This role does not operate in a legal capacity with the firm, rather, it advises on compliance regulation and policy
