WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will drive the execution of the Jordan Brand Paris strategy and EMEA Energy vision, bringing in new consumers and audiences into the brand across all levels. You are responsible for seeking, nurturing and servicing a powerful portfolio of cultural partners in Paris, and for translating these relationships into corporate strategies, new concepts, disruptive launch plans and authentic brand integrations.Each day willbring dynamic opportunities that you’ll work with your Paris and EHQ teammates to solve for. You will obsess how to make our brand, product, purpose and seasonal messages resonate with our target
consumer. You will lead the adaption and execution of branded content, services, partnerships and experiences in a way that is locally relevant and deepens the relationship with our consumer.
Together, with partners, you will grow and establish new partnerships while maintaining the health of our existing roster, driving connections with key communities to seed, ignite and scale the love for our brand.
•Successfully adopt and apply Paris and EMEA strategy delivering strategic plans that drive brand distinction owning the Paris local point of view that will create distinction for the brand across Energy product, marketplace, brand & community.
•Build and manage a network of cultural relationships (across music, fashion, streetwear, art and other areas) and leveraged these partners as collaborators and authentic voices.
•Drive heat, purpose and awareness for the brand leveraging launch as a tactic to serve the sneaker passionate consumer, accountable to driving integration with a focus on marketplace teams.
•Establish and maintain relationships with key account teams, key internal functions, agencies and relevant influencers constantly map & evaluate our energy relationships and partnerships.
•Deliver & lead journeys/calendar/contract across product, service & projects for cultural partners. Including the marketing journey and their long-term brand plans ensuring consistent brand positioning.
•Execute field of play integration with a focus on energizing sport & authenticating streetwear for key priorities working with FOP partners.
•Architect the Energy Launch product calendar to best drive the NBHD and SNKRS product journey in Paris.
•Develop strategic plans for local energy partnerships in collaboration with the brand and product teams. Adopting the Global Energy Brand Management long term strategy, Influencer partner portfolio and playbook.
•Educating teams with humility, passion and a positive attitude relating to industry shifts in marketing and consumer behaviors that ensure we stay on the edge of culture.
