MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Sustain Electrical equipment (control consul, Plating Line, Strip line, Chemical kitchen, BNS transfer system) and organize preventive maintenance.
• Implement improvement projects to related equipment.
• Troubleshooting for breakdown machine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Plating electrical equipment performance and checking (inverter, Heater, temperature control and sensor, Rack rotation power supply and all control system).
• Pretreatment make up activity and check list (weekly and monthly).
• Engaged with Electrical event Record.
• Engaged with 7S activity.
• Spare parts management system.
• Coordinates daily job activities with Shift ET.
• Monitoring performance machine highlighted.
• Coordinates vendor about new project.
• Internal and external equipment calibration.
• New design and improvement equipment control system.
• On call support

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS:

• Support preventive maintenance for hoist & electrical.
• Support breakdown event for hoist, support equipment, plumbing, mc lead.
• Monitoring & editing PLC for hoist.

Diploma in Mechatronic / Electrical /Electronic/ Mechanical

Additional information:

• Computer literate, able to work independently and good communication skill.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, willing to learn and work hard.
• Knowledge and involved in equipment maintenance troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Must be discipline and able to work on shift.
