Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be leading the Supply Chain team covering Demand Planning and 3PL management across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Emerging Markets.

You are responsible for

  • Driving the demand planning function for finished products
  • Chair and drive the monthly S&OP meetings as well as weekly demand planning meetings
  • Ensure healthy levels of inventory with high level of interaction with supply centers
  • 3PL management for inbound and outbound of finished goods as well as management of Value-added services
  • Ensure high levels of CSL, forecast accuracy and controlled levels of Aging and Excess stock
  • Key focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply Chain
  • Ad-hoc Supply Chain projects

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager from a Consumer Goods/Retail environment who is used to operating with a 3PL
  • Experienced leading a team
  • Strong analytical capability and analysis skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • SAP / JDA experience
  • Ideally systems implementation experience
  • LEAN experience is preferred​
