Senior Manager-B2B & Channel Marketing


Responsibilities
  • B2B Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.

  • Channel Marketing Programs – Design and implement marketing initiatives that empower channel partners, including co-branded campaigns, partner enablement, and joint go-to-market efforts.

  • Lead Generation & Demand Gen – Drive measurable pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, paid media, webinars, and events.

  • Partner Enablement – Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and training programs to support channel sales efforts and improve partner effectiveness.

  • Messaging & Content Development – Create compelling messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content tailored for B2B audiences.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization – Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and improve conversion rates.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Work closely with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Event & Webinar Strategy – Plan and execute industry events, partner summits, and virtual engagements to strengthen relationships and generate leads.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Channel Marketing Expertise – Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement and sales.

  • Demand Generation Mastery – Strong background in lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and sales funnel optimization.

  • Content & Brand Storytelling – Ability to craft compelling content and messaging tailored to enterprise buyers and channel partners.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven – Proficiency in marketing analytics, KPIs, and optimization strategies. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across sales, product, and external partners.

  • Event & Digital Marketing Experience – Experience managing events, webinars, and digital campaigns for brand awareness and pipeline growth.

Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
