Job Description
Our product is indicated for the treatment of refractory or unexplained chronic cough in adults, and the first medicine specifically approved for this indication in Europe.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with European markets to ensure consistent strategic understanding and planning to enable successful launches
- Develop and execute on global Brand, Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Healthcare Consumer (HCC) strategies, leading across the extended global team and successfully engaging with markets
- Leading ongoing analytic and market research insights to solidify segment strategy, forecast model assumptions, targeting, segmentation, positioning, leverage points, customer journey maps and stakeholder influencers
- Identifying opportunities for markets or segments to enhance digital engagement to elevate brand success
- Providing oversight of promotion budget to optimize investments across audiences and channels
- Coordinate forecasting and supply to maximise opportunity and minimise discards.
- Serve as a representative of International Marketing on cross functional teams and projects
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Significant experience in combined marketing, marketing support, sales and/or market access
- Strong financial/business acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to effectively influence without authority
- Proactive leadership skills and able to drive projects to successful completion across the organisation
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation skills
