Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Juris doctorate or equivalent degree
Preferred Qualification:
- Significant work experience in product privacy counseling, privacy compliance, and in supporting privacy and data-sharing terms in contractual agreements.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. and internationallegalstatutes and regulations in privacy and data protection, and particular expertise in GLBA, GDPR, and U.S. state privacy laws.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionablelegalguidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated interest in PayPal, digital finance, and the broader payments ecosystem
