Senior Consultant – Digital Implementation – Environmental Health and Safety
As a Senior Consultant in CCaSS Digital, you will empower clients to enhance their EHS management systems through innovative digital solutions, driving measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engagements, working with our clients to determine the best digital solution and problem solve clients' needs.
- Assist in lead client workshops to document requirements and design digital solutions.
- Guide clients through change management and adoption of new digital tools.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience implementing IT, ERP, EHS or ESG solutions.
- Experience with EHS platforms and data visualisation tools.
- Experience creating testing and training materials.
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness
- Strong delivery knowledge of multiple integrated workstreams, e.g. design, build, test, data, change management, transition etc.
- Understand the software delivery lifecycle
- Capability to build relationships quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
