As a Marketing & Engagement Specialist in our Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) Sales Support team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute client engagement events, manage training schedules, conduct prospect research, and maintain pitch books to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
- Coordinate and manage comprehensive client-focused activities, including events, training, research, and content updates, to support business development and strengthen client connections.
- Enhance advisor effectiveness by creating newsletters, delivering training programs, supporting new joiners, coordinating central training, tracking participation, and maintaining training content.
- Maintaining intranets, tracking content lists and expiries, managing the internal content library page, and ensuring data updates.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in marketing content creation.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advance PowerPoint skills.
