Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience with one or more optical technologies such as client transceivers, optical metro and long-haul DWDM systems, or submarine systems.
- Experience in Network Architecture, Network Configuration, Network Diagnostics, Network Management Systems, Network Monitoring, and Network Troubleshooting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with performance, reliability, systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Experience with enterprise network operations and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Experience in managed network services or enterprise networking and network management systems administration and software-defined wide area networks.
