Your key responsibilities

  • Lead automation initiatives raised by key business stakeholders with an aim to improve efficiency of HR processes, to include:
    • Collect business requirements and propose final products.
    • Design and deliver tailor made apps and process flows to solve specific business processes; create testing plans and scenarios.
    • Maintain existing automation solutions.
  • Continue enhancements of the automated BI Dashboards to be used as one source of truth and joining the dots between different data sets, including leading the monthly refresh of the HR Dashboard and monitoring the TA Dashboard refresh (semi-automated), and Power Apps, with prompt resolution of bugs or issues with the internal Transformation team and the stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyse, test and manage the governance of data, maintaining highest levels of security and privacy in the handling of data, and proactively suggesting industry best practices.
  • Become a SME in all our technical products to date with ability to train and communicate well with all stakeholders, translating data insights and Dashboard features.
  • Diagnosing and resolving any issues with data, reports/Dashboards, getting to the root of the issue and creating a solution to avoid any risk of reoccurrence.
  • Work with the Transformation team to support key stakeholders on how to self-serve their data needs using the HR Dashboard and TA Dashboards.
  • Support users in making data driven decisions by providing data insights and trends and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Become the point of contact for the main stakeholders: Talent (HR) leaders, Strategic Talent Partners (HRBPs), HR Services, Recruiting Lead and Recruiters, and for main business stakeholders as needed.
  • Efficient use of the team Azure boards with daily updates, attendance at team stand ups and use of the MS Teams channels.
  • Strong interest in AI to help with predicative modelling/forecasting is a growing requirement towards further enhancing our Dashboards.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with strong academic record
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Data Analyst experience, preferably within a HR environment [HR Information systems (HRIS), HR management systems (HRMS), or Human Capital Management (HCM)]
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Automation experience
  • Experience in designing and developing (1) data visualisations through Power BI (2) canvas apps with Power Platform (3) process automation flows through Power Automate
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills: Proficiency in creating and automating reports, visualizations, and Dashboards is essential.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of various data regulatory compliance laws like GDPR, HIPAA etc, as per the industry standards.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse and resolve automation issues. Derive the insights from metrics that can help improve the automation process.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues & present results in a concise, creative and professional manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Good working knowledge of operational HR systems, preferably SAP
  • Automation Skills: Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other automation tools and technologies. Including automation platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
  • Good understanding of database design and management, (including activities such as data storage, data modelling, data integration, data cleaning, data governance, data security & Dataverse).
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR processes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MS Power Platform (including Power Fx language) technology stack (pricing, licensing, integration etc.)
  • Skills in Python, along with expertise in utilizing libraries like Pandas and Jupyter for data testing and analysis are a nice to have
