The candidate needs to have strong program and project management process, and organizational skills, including managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to achieve strategic objectives.
A minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resourcesor related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education,experienceand training.
Chief of Staff or similar role experience preferred.
Have utmost integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Have a deep understanding of DEI practices and principals combined with strong business acumen.
Strong attention to detail andanalysedata, drawinsightsand present effectively.
Experience working with and engaging senior executives (including C-Suite).
Experience withstorytellingfor diverse stakeholders, through visual (PowerPoint presentations) and data driven (Excel) tools.
Ability to think critically,anticipateneeds,identifychallenges, and develop pragmatic solutions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple priorities and projects.
Ability tofacilitateconnections and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Support theDiversity Leadership teamin creating a cohesive narrative outlining the impact of the DEI team’s work, through a data driven approach and with powerfulstorytellingthrough visual presentations.
Prepare and synthesize information from diverse stakeholders within and beyond the DEI team, for executive-level presentations, board reports, and external engagements.
Support with the strategy and operations of monthly and quarterly dashboards, business review decks, scorecard creation and review etc.
Ensure seamless coordination across DEI initiatives,optimize
Prepare theDEI leadership teamfor key meetings, engagements, and public appearances, including briefing materials and talking points.
Own the annual calendar of executive and business presentations and proactively gather relevant information for those presentations.

Manage theDEI team’spriorities and workflow, ensuring effective time management and focus on critical initiatives.
Support theDEI leadership teamin managing the DEI department's budget, tracking expenditures, andoptimizingresource allocation.
As needed, oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key DEI projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are achieved, and potentially lead few DEI projects.
Facilitate effective communication flow within the DEI team, rallying the team towards a common set of priorities.
