Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience working with employment laws, regulations and labour relations in France, including experience with local employee representative bodies.
5 years of experience directly managing an HR team.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in HR, people programs management, high volume of cases management and Customer Satisfaction Optimization, or other large scale people related roles.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently, to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
