As a Real Estate Analyst,dive into the real estate market, providing crucial insights and analysis toour land acquisition process. Reporting to theRegional Director,you willbe responsible forthe land acquisition process in theUS and Canada

The position will focus onaccelerate the processand mitigate riskengage external consultants and brokers anddriving the acquisition process forward

  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 50%.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 1+ year(s) relevant experience

    • OR 2+ years equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsrequired for this role.Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 2+ years Portfolio Management, Real Estate, or Office Management experience

    • OR 2+ years equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrate proficient analytical reasoning skills, combined with a deep understanding of business fundamentals and extensive knowledge of realestate terminology toexpeditedecision-making processes.

Responsibilities
  • esearch and analysis of real estate market informationsuch as market reports, industry publications, and government data acrossUS and Canadaregions
  • Expedite the evaluation,selection, and recommendation of acquisitions for approval.
  • themanagement ofthe acquisition processfor land including tasks which can range from siteselection
  • trackingand reporting ofAMERland acquisition transactions and strategic initiatives.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with Microsoft CO+I stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, EPCM, etc., toexpediteprocessesas necessary
  • Efficiently handle multiple assignments across variousAMERregions to ensure rapid progress.
  • Periodic travel to assigned geographies may berequiredto meet accelerated delivery goals.
