Responsibilities Include:Lead forecast reviews for P/L and balance sheets, both monthly and long range, for Warranty, Quality Programs, and CSAT. Forecast deliverables also include RollForward and HUA managementForecast claims, based on historical actuals, seasonal deviations, and other uplift factorsPerform quarterly close activities, such as booking journal entries, accruals, balance sheet, and completing reconciliationsComplete requests related to statutory audit for AMR for the fiscal year, and regional counterparts as neededTrack and bridge cycle to cycle changes, FoF, QoQ, YoY and M3 forecast to close, and their related driversLead and provide financial transactions guidance to regional counterpartsQuarterly User Access review of several sensitive key tables, this is a key internal control related to adherence to Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX) parametersProvide transfer pricing forecasts on quarterly basis to Corporate FP&A
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field of study.
- 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting in a high performing organization
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting to leadership groups
- Strong work ethics, produce high quality work to meet tight deadline in a dynamic environment, collaborates effectively with colleagues and a strong sense of responsibility
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to examine large data set, extract data efficiently, and identify drivers for cycle to cycle changes
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Tableau, Dataiku, Snowflake
- CMA or CPA certification
