Key responsibilities

• Global SAP Finance Deployment : Managing SAP Finance deployment globally at Honeywell, configuring FICO under a global model and ensuring timely delivery.
• FICO System Enhancement : Enhancing FICO systems through rapid delivery processes, providing immediate support during critical financial periods like month-end closures.
• Collaboration and Implementation : Working with partners, IT BP/Business, and multi-vendor teams to implement approved SAP finance processes, defining project requirements and identifying suitable technologies.
• Development and Testing: Developing functional specifications for SAP Finance, collaborating with teams to build new processes, reports, and automation, and conducting unit and integration testing.
• Risk Management : Proactively identifying and managing risks, taking action on potential issues and providing proposals to senior management when necessary.
• Tax Compliance and Management

Key skills and qualifications

• Educational Background and Certifications Higher education in a relevant field, with PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methods.
• SAP Finance Expertise: Extensive experience in supporting SAP Finance modules, including SAP New GL, Assets Management, FSCM, and Bank Management, with integration expertise.
• Finance Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of finance processes in SAP, such as Automatic Bank Payment, Payment process, and Month-end closure.
• IT Partnering and Requirement Gathering: Strong IT partnering skills with business or peers during deployment, and excellent ability in business requirement gathering and translation.
• Project Management and Mentorship: Ability to mentor peers on project management standards and Finance GDM, with deep experience in data migration for new implementations.
• Program Management and Communication: Deep understanding of key program management practices, strong finance business acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in deploying ECC & S4 HANA systems for Finance.
