About the Role

Additionally, you'll serve as a liaison between the Audience Strategy, Creative teams, Engineering, and Tech Operations.

A consultative approach is key in this role. You'll support the Partner Manager team by removing operational blockers, escalating technical issues, and enhancing campaign performance. You’ll also be involved in product testing and launches, developing SOPs, and creating training materials for both ad operations and the Partner Manager team.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver flawless ad execution for our Rider and Eats apps advertising products
  • Oversee holistic campaign setup, ad trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with ad operations specialists to ensure campaign success
  • Act as an ad operations consultant for Partner Managers
  • Monitor patterns and gather feedback to propose improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency
  • Participate in cross-functional team decisions, including new product launches and testing
  • Work with Product and Engineering to identify changes to internal Ad systems/tools that minimize bottlenecks
  • Devise strategies to enhance collaboration with partner teams, boosting the efficiency and quality of ad campaigns

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Proficiency in English [ B2/C1 ]
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with hands-on experience in digital advertising
  • At least 2 years in an Ad Operations role at a data-driven, preferably tech-savvy company
  • Experience with tag management and third-party trackers
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager (GAM) and video ad products is a plus
  • Data-driven thinking with excellent quantitative skills.
  • A solid operational understanding of critical campaign components such as brand safety guidelines, ad viewability, and filtering for suspicious or fraudulent media activity
  • A customer-obsessed mindset, with a passion for creating great experiences for Uber users and merchants
  • Ability to be nimble and adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines
