∙ Change project manager to coordinate activities across Front Office, Operations, Technology and other support partners
∙ Business analysis including working with end users to define functional requirements and prepare User Acceptance Testing
∙ Manage User Acceptance Testing execution and Production parallel activities
∙ Track and communicate delivery status
∙ Identify and manage project risks and issues
∙ Adhere to enterprise change management standards

Job Description

This job is responsible for supporting programs and projects specific to corporate change initiativesthat impact howthe bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include assisting department managers with critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Job expectations includedelivering regulatoryand executive material andensuring resultsalign to program strategy,simplification, andnew capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists withdefining programcontrols, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders
  • Partners closelywith project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing fornew change initiatives
  • Supports the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
  • Analyzes, evaluates, andovercomes programrisks andproduces programreports for managers and stakeholders
  • Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to perform in alignment with the program objectives
  • Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution
  • Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and decisions on services, buildspositive relationships,asks questions, and uses toolsto uncover root causes to challenges,identify opportunities,and make recommendations

Required Skills

∙ Knowledge of Operational processing / Asset Services within Global Markets
∙Track record of delivering complex projects to plan
∙ Knowledge of structured project management methods covering planning, status tracking, risk & issue management and status reporting
∙ Ability to manage and communicate with support partners & stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
∙ Experience of partnering with SME’s for requirements gathering, test preparation and test execution
