In this role, you will be:
- Part of a global Business Execution Team for the Facilities & Construction Function within the Citi’s Real Estate Services Team
- Interacting with all the functions within the Facilities and Construction team – Design & Change Management, Construction, Facilities Management, Sustainability & Net Zero, Critical Facilities and Governance.
- Primarily reporting to and supporting one of our Business Execution Workflow Leads currently based in Singapore.
- Assist on and eventually own Global Strategic Initiatives
- Incubate ideas, connect teams, and clarify needs to create an actionable project roll out and project plan.
- See through the execution of these project plans to completion and achievement of committed qualitative, quantitative, and financial benefits.
- Executive reporting on supported initiatives & workflows
- Providing day to day support to Functions based in the International Cluster (APAC & EMEA) including:
- Apply predictive analytics to enhance decision making processes.
- Cross referencing data points into useful actionable analytics / risk management controls
- Create process to ensure ~100% accuracy of collected data.
- Shift all manual data collection processes to systemic and eventually automated as a roadmap.
- Determine a Data management strategy – Data Collection, Cleaning, Storage, Synthesis & Analytics
- Exhaustively document and consolidate all data points created by and consumed by the organization.
- Owning the Global Facilities & Construction Data Consolidation Initiative with under the guidance of the reporting manager
- Collation of Cluster feedback to Global Function Leads & Follow Ups

Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting and 5-8 years overall; Corporate Real Estate and/or Financial Services experience a plus.
- Experience of working in diverse international environment
- Broad knowledge and understanding of real estate disciplines (architecture, construction, space planning, and engineering, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills both spoken and presented / reported.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software in a business problem solving context.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in data management & analytics ideal.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or
