General Responsibilities:
Act as a Funding coordinator between Capital One and our dealership customer.
Cultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.
Gather and verify loan documentation, which could include a blend of Inbound/ Outbound phone calls with customers and business partners.
Identify, document, and correct identified errors with loan documentation and loan process and programs
Educate Dealer Customers on Capital One Auto Finance’s policies and procedures.
Collaborate with teammates cross-departmentally to solve problems.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree
At least 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
