Key job responsibilities
• Build and manage related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes
• Partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as program managers, construction managers, and partner teams to align data and business practices
• Own the delivery and backup of Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting for peer and manager review
• Facilitate Work Order (WO) and Change Order (CO) requests
• Maintain and track the status of contracts, budgets, and spend in Procore
• Implement and maintain reports and dashboards
• Write and maintain internal and external training material and standard operating procedures (SOPs)A day in the life
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating program coordination, develop data visualizations that drive business decisions, and contribute to process improvements for the DCCD Construction teams. You will be involved in the full life cycle of construction projects including activity from the start of the construction project through project execution and close out. You will work with highly-motivated experts from Engineering, Design, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to complete key deliverables required to build AWS data centers.About the team

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience with SQL

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Experience working in Procore for Construction Project Management
