Support clients’ in the definition and specification of requirements
Contribute to the design of innovative E-Government solutions, which make a difference to Swiss Public Clients and Swiss citizens
Act as the interface between business and IT and contribute to agile development teams
Evaluate the technical feasibility of business requirements, its consequences on the solution design and/or the business value
Facilitate client workshops

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis, preferably in the public sector
• CPRE Foundation Level certificate or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SQL
• Excellent understanding of business processes and use cases
• Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
