Your Role and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
-Implement a green field GCC High M365 tenant for US government entities.
-Implement and manage policies required for CMMC 2.0 compliance
-Monitor Microsoft Intune service health, swiftly addressing issues to maintain system integrity.
-Implement stringent security measures such as multi-factor authentication.
-Conduct regular security assessments to strengthen data protection and ensure compliance with regulations.
-Develop detailed user documentation to facilitate system navigation and troubleshooting.
-Design and implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard Office 365 data.
-Employ PowerShell for monitoring system performance and service metrics, proactively identifying potential issues.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Intune MDM
- A solid understanding of M365’s security and compliance capabilities.
- Experience and deep understanding of compliance and security requirements such as NIST, CMMC, ITAR/EAR, NIST Cyber security framework, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Mastery in PowerShell for automation and system management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Microsoft 365 Government GCC or DoD Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is a desirable asset.
