We’re looking for an experienced and talented
Account Managerfor the German market.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining close relationships with our VIP players in our German market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage close relationships with our VIP players on a daily basis.
  • Support our players in the German market and constantly remain engaged with them.
  • Keep track and monitor VIP players’ activity on a daily basis.
  • Work with all aspects of the game and studio - fully understand the Economy, Product, Monetization, Features, Machines, VIPs, etc.
  • Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities where the KPI is to help players reach the next level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive players’ activity.
Requirements
  • Native German speaker and an Excellent English
  • 2+ experience as an Account Manager or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to connect and reconnect VIP players and build a relationship with a dedicated group of players.
  • Extremely customer-focused.
  • Proactively initiate activities to generate value to our players and boost engagement.
  • Very KPI and data-driven
  • Positive attitude and is always excited to learn more.
  • Deep understanding/interest in mobile games or the online marketing field - Advantage
