MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Currently studying for an MBA (2026 graduation) at atop-tier institution
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing, strategy, investmentbanking or operations role (pre-MBA)
  • Alternatively, 4+ years of experience within a top-tierconsultancy (pre-MBA)
  • Track record of successful strategy development andexecution within role (pre-MBA)
  • Demonstrable role progression with at least one significantpromotion (pre-MBA)

  • Outstanding “people skills” and ability to influencestakeholders and drive alignment
  • Experience with, and ability to understand innovativetechnologies, particularly software-enabled services, and how to leveragetechnology to drive innovative strategies and business models
  • Proven experience working on multiple complex projects inparallel
  • Experience working within a technology company, ideally insoftware
  • Outstanding communication skills, with ability tocommunicate and facilitate effectively across regional & organizationalboundaries
  • International experience and proven ability to workeffectively across diverse cultures
