You will:

• Develop andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders, includingkey industry associations and civil society organizations

• Engage in constructive dialogue with stakeholders on human rights issues relevant to our business

• Evaluate ourmitigationprograms for effectivenessandanalyzedatatoidentifytrends and opportunities for improvement

• Previous professional experience in regulatory compliance
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management, interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures and build consensus and influence decision-makers
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, project management and administrative skills

Desirable Requirements

Experience in human rights due diligence preferred.Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience. Degrees in environmental sustainability-related field are preferred.
