You will:

Leverage strong understanding ofhuman rights due diligence processes to translate them into actionable strategies for our business
Develop andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders, includingkey industry associations and civil society organizations
Engage in constructive dialogue with stakeholders on human rights issues relevant to our business
Evaluate ourmitigationprograms for effectivenessandanalyzedatatoidentifytrends and opportunities for improvement
Desirable Requirements
Experience in human rights due diligence preferred.Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience. Degrees in environmental sustainability-related field are preferred.
