Role: Sneaker Authenticator

• Inspect, authenticate and re-package sneakers adhering to strict standards and processes.
• Utilise expertise in sneakers to confirm an item's authenticity by locating brand identifiers (i.e SKU, size, manufacturer defects, assess wear)
• Evaluate the quality of materials and construction of footwear
• Work with eBay software and technology systems to track the item from dock receiving to the moment it is posted to the end customer.
• Proactively work with the warehouse team and customer service to optimise processes.
• Keep detailed notes and enter accurate data into our authentication database, including release information, product skus and production dates
• Proactively work with other departments to improve processes

• Knowledge of sneakers across all brands, including originals, luxury and re-releases
• Prior experience of authentication desired.
• An eye for detail, with a precise and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable with technology platforms.
• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
