Role: Sneaker Authenticator
Here are some things you’ll find yourself doing day-to-day: - Inspect, authenticate and re-package sneakers adhering to strict standards and processes.
- Utilise expertise in sneakers to confirm an item's authenticity by locating brand identifiers (i.e SKU, size, manufacturer defects, assess wear)
- Evaluate the quality of materials and construction of footwear
- Work with eBay software and technology systems to track the item from dock receiving to the moment it is posted to the end customer.
- Proactively work with the warehouse team and customer service to optimise processes.
- Keep detailed notes and enter accurate data into our authentication database, including release information, product skus and production dates
- Proactively work with other departments to improve processes
The person we’re looking for: - Knowledge of sneakers across all brands, including originals, luxury and re-releases
- Prior experience of authentication desired.
- An eye for detail, with a precise and analytical mindset.
- Comfortable with technology platforms.
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Must be able to hold and move boxes (up to 20kg)
