As the Project Manager, Delivery Excellence – Magellan Program, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of this strategic transformation initiative across functions, divisions, and regions. This role supports planning and execution from early mobilization through to deployment and post-go-live support. You will collaborate across Magellan workstreams, process owners, communities of practice, and regional and functional stakeholders.




Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assume shared responsibility and accountability for the successful planning and execution of assigned program areas
  • Support the development and deployment of processes and tools within the Delivery Excellence team
  • Drive schedule management, including resource capacity planning for assigned teams
  • Support Steering Committee agenda preparation and governance reporting
  • Manage program risk using RAID methodology, escalating critical risks when necessary
  • Represent assigned teams in execution and deployment governance meetings
  • Identify and track transformation opportunities in partnership with assigned teams
  • Lead special projects focused on process improvement or issue resolution
  • Support stakeholder engagement and onboarding to ensure familiarity with program tools and readiness for implementation
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability by supporting program metrics and performance tracking

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of technical or operational experience in a regulated industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large-scale change programs, preferably involving technology or systems transformation
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and associated business processes
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a global, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated decision-making capability that supports enterprise-level goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with global deployments in Commercial or Manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with Boston Scientific’s internal systems and business structure
  • Adaptability to fast-changing environments with proven change leadership experience
  • High integrity, professionalism, and executive presence
  • Strong sense of urgency and execution focus
  • Servant leadership mindset with the ability to empower cross-functional teams

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
