As a Line of Business Risk Lead within PNC’s Project Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.Role Description:
* Serve as Lead for ECO policy and procedure management, including adherence and noncompliance.
* Responsible for ECO policy and procedure management including collaborating with the ECO on changes, reviewing with Risk and LOB partners, moving changes through review and update process, aligning with enterprise guidance on document management, and aligning with change management activities.
* Manage and execute controls related to ECO policies and procedures; provide results reporting to senior leadership. Benchmark against Regulatory Guidelines and identify emerging risks and themes.
* Manage compliance activities including investigating potential noncompliance and exceptions, working with teams to identify remediation plans, and monitoring and reporting to closure.
* Analyze unstructured data to identify trends and collaborate with partners on improvement opportunities to strengthen compliance and execution while minimizing risk. Support ECO reporting.Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of policy and procedure management concepts.- Critical thinking skills, ability to analyze unstructured information and identify actionable improvements.
- Project/Task management skills; able to organize work and drive deliverables to timely, successful completion.
- Manage multiple competing priorities and adjust to changing environment.- Familiarity with risk management concepts and mitigation approaches.
- Familiarity with Archer, Policy and Governance Application, and Tableau dashboards / reporting.Job Description
  • Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs. Serves as an advocate for the risk management program.
  • Ensures the risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Includes consultation to execute the program components.
  • Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.
  • Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
