Job Description:
Drive efficient and effective deployment of Software ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) & DevSecOps tools. You will help in deploying and upgrade of IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools and drive efficient usage. You will act as the direct interface between tools team and users and resolving any user issues/support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Application deployment and upgrade of IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools.
- Coordinate with the application development teams, business stakeholders and IT, define the upgrade and communication plan for the tool’s users, send out upgrade, informational and outage notifications.
- Implement robust operational monitoring for all tools in scope with publicly visible dashboards and application availability status.
- Regularly assess and maintain Honeywell Global Security standards including, patching, hardening, use of standardized images
- Contribute to incident management investigation and root cause analysis when tools are affected, implement corrective and preventive actions; ensure the team is represented on IT outage bridges and communication channels when appropriate.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and contractors for tools development and maintenance activities.
- Ensure a five-star user experience and address improvement requests and suggestion.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM) of development data
- Detailed experience managing ClearCase and ClearQuest with Base/ Unified Change Management (UCM)
- Experience in handling GIT or Bitbucket projects and servers.
- Ability to learn new tools and technology as per strategic priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability capable to working well with others in a self-directed, virtual environment.
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to assume a variety of application support roles.
- Excellent English Communications Skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be US person to handle export control and ITAR data.
