Preparing tender specification for accounts and account managers
Supporting customers and field sales in technical drawings
Generating qualified leads for the organization and passing them to the field sales team
Using SalesForce.com and other CRM tools to record and input customer information, contact information, activity, sales opportunities
Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide relevant solutions and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customers
Creating technical solutions accordingly to customer needs
Key qualifications
Deep knowledge of Building Management Systems or automation or HVAC (must have).
Excellent communication skills, Polish and English language knowledge (must have).
CAD and Sales Force knowledge is an advantage.
Proven operational and organizational competencies.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic workplace.
