A Typical Day:
- Develop and own technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders , ensuring technical nuances are well-communicated.
- Create detailed technical schedules and ensure engineering milestones are met.
- Act as the technical escalation point for program-related issues, driving resolution promptly.
- Drive accountability and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure alignment on staffing, priorities, and technical dependencies through structured planning processes.
- Provide visibility into key performance indicators , risks, and opportunities to leadership.
- Increase team productivity by identifying and removing obstacles while keeping processes lean.
Your Expertise:
- 9+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager , or 9+ years of industry experience in technical program management, engineering, or related fields.
- Proven success working with product engineering teams , focusing on end-user products and experimentation.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with platform engineering teams , with expertise in distributed systems and backend infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of experiment-driven development , scalable backend architectures, and data-driven decision-making .
- Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executives , tailoring content to the right level of detail and strategic context.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across technical and business teams, resolving ambiguity and driving results.
- Proficiency with task management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Airtable .
- Proven ability to influence and motivate stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with regulated technology products, such as digital-native insurance platforms and digital payments, is highly desirable .
