EY is looking for Senior Consultant/ Consultant – Technology Consultant
Role and Responsibilities:
Mandatory Experience of working in large scale IT consulting/ implementation Government projects in India
Desirable experience of working in e-Gov projects in Central/ State Govt. Ministries or with other Govt. bodies
Experience of coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as - Client, Beneficiaries, Software OEM- s/vendors, System Integrators etc.
Experience of functional process mapping, BPR exercise, FRS, User manuals, detailed project report (DPR)
Experienced and well versed in delivering presentations to key stakeholders
Should be proficient in MS - Suite such as MS-WORD, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint etc.
Should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing large IT Transformation projects
Experience in driving complex Digital transformation Projects, IT Consulting
Client handling, stakeholder management, program management, vendor management
Conceptualize IT solution landscape, Implementation model, procurement model for IT projects
End to end IT Project management and Contract management
Oversee the Implementation of agreed IT architecture and Infrastructure
Working with a multi-disciplinary team to convert business needs into technical specifications
Required Candidate profile:
Work experience in the Government, Public Services sector is a strong plus
Steller written, spoken and presentation skills
Candidate should have excellent domain and functional knowledge, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills for direct interaction with business stakeholders and Higher Authorities in Govt Departments
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Graduate with MBA with minimum 6 Years work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation making skills
Additional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, cloud/product certifications etc. preferred
PMO, Project Management Office, Management consulting, IT consulting, MIS, Data Analytics, Power BI, Advanced Excel, SPSS, Tableau, IT Consulting, Information Technology Consulting, Python, R
