DESCRIPTION

Key job responsibilities
As the Head of Product, you will define the strategic vision and own the long-term roadmap for major suites of technology products with company-wide impact. Working with technical teams, you will use your product domain expertise, customer obsession, and ownership of the end-to-end product development cycle (customer engagements, stakeholder buy-ins and requirements definition, CX design, compliance, feature definition and prioritization, product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch closed-loop feedback mechanisms) to lead products and teams through strategic and technical ambiguity to ultimate success. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and technical and business outcomes, clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes. Beyond a strong technical background and proven track record of product management, a successful candidate will have experience driving strategy and influencing executive leadership. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, someone that approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, and a person that dives below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just superficial trends. Lastly, we are looking for a strong manager who can hire and develop great Product Management talent to help scale the organization to meet customer needs.A day in the lifeDiverse Experiences
