You will join a cadre of technical program managers and technical business development professionals in performing quality control and assurance for existing US Government contract requirements, milestones, and deliverables. As a QA Engineer, you will spend the majority of your time partnering with internal stakeholders, Service teams, and technical business leaders (such as software engineering leaders, and technical program managers) to develop and implement a comprehensive quality program across a range of challenging project.About the team

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements.
Key job responsibilities
* Manages overall quality of a services in a specific isolated region
* Manages, reviews, develops and executes validation plans to ensure quality of delivering AWS services to customers.* Develops and executes effective methods of communication among service teams and other stakeholders.
* Participates in and support engagements with customers to drive business by providing quality software delivery.
* Participates in long lead infrastructure expansion plans, capacity requirements, and community wide utilization forecasts relative to service delivery timeline.
* Solicit performance feedback, identify and eliminate blockers, identify and coordinate AWS resources needed to move workload development forward and plan for future of quality assurance automation.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
