Develop storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets for eLearning content.
Ensure eLearning modules are accessible, interactive, and responsive across various devices.
Implement innovative instructional strategies, including scenario-based learning, gamification, and microlearning.
Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of eLearning modules.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eLearning development and instructional design.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into eLearning projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design with a focus on eLearning development.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
