Financial Analysis (FAN) contains timely and accurate management reporting and high quality analysis. Comprises support of short term and long range planning, budgeting, and financial target setting processes.

• Drives business performance and provides decision support to business leaders.• Responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for their respective business organisation.• Identifies and monitors risks, exposures and opportunities and ensures action and follow up.• Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies, procedures and reporting. Maintains productive relationships with internal / external stakeholders and authorities.• Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff / workteam / taskforces.• Manage China government funding projects, provide E2E financial support, including application, budgeting, execution control, communicating with relevant internal & external parties, process facilitating, government auditing, bonded assets management, and reporting to both government and BG/DU or other internal function requirements.
