Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience with hardware NPI at an OEM, working with design engineering and supply chain or manufacturing.
- Experience with the full new product development phase including forecasting, production ramp, spares support, end-of-life, and decomissioning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience creating Hardware Product Data Structuring with configuration options, managing Product Lifecycles, and using Change Management best practices in PDM/PLM systems.
- Experience with spreadsheets and conditional logic formulas, as well as running commands.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues with internal software systems, systems setups, or data, and recommend and implement the appropriate solution.
