Process Overview*

Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:

Design, develop and implement enhancements, customizations and break/fix to Workday Human Capital Management system for Workday.

• Create technical designs from business requirements and engineer and develop technical solutions based on those designs.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for all changes made to the system.
• Prepare test plans & test scripts.
• Manage configuration and regression testing for Workday releases.
• Actively participate in Workday Community (including User Groups) to identify any problems/solutions with current configurations.

Requirements

Education*B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M.Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA/MBA

Experience Range*8 to 11 years.

Workday Pro Certification on the related domains will be an added plus.

Foundational skills*

• Expert on workday Configurations
• Good knowledge on Integration using Workday Studio
• Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOF, Custom Reports, calculated fields, XSLTs etc.
• Domain knowledge on Payroll, Time Off/Absence, Time, Recruiting
• Hands on experience on web technologies such as XML, XSLT and Web Services .
• Create Sub-Assemblies using Workday Studio .
• Having knowledge on Integration Security, ERP, HCM domains.

Desired skills*

• Create Custom Reports and Calculated Fields .
• Experience working in an Agile environment; Experience with JIRA
• Experience working on large-scale projects

Work Timings*:11.30 AM to 8.30 PM IST (Need to flexible as per business need)
