Description
The position is factory lab based and the responsibilities include but not limited to:-Participate in daily product development tasks to gain understanding of the Reliability Process and System within the factories-Utilize basic image processing concepts to support image analysis tasks-Contribute to software development and testing, utilizing programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, or MATLAB-Develop automated scripts to streamline manual processes. Test these scripts with large datasets and various scenarios to ensure robustness-Design user-friendly interfaces for easy use by lab engineers or operators-Collaborate with other project teams to distribute and implement the developed scripts and applications-Domestic travel to nearby cities is required
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering/Material Science/Electronic Engineering
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Python, Java, or MATLAB
- Good understanding in Image Processing Concepts. Familiar with Image Processing Libraries and Tools
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and taking initiative
- Problem-solving attitude and curiosity about how technologies work
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Python (or others) to develop imaging process applications
- Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering principles. Hands-on experience in mechanical engineering is a plus
