Job Description

Manages all relationship management activities for clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region. Reviews and recommends objectives and procedures related to TravelBank products and best practices. Identifies business opportunities and solicits referrals. Coordinates the business development programs and call schedules. Manages client negotiations; pricing of the product within the target rate of return; proper documentation and closing the transaction; and compliance and conformance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Monitors and analyzes relationship plan results and account activities. Develops solutions for problem accounts. Nurtures partner relationships and effectively manages territories in order to drive new revenue opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of sales experience selling SaaS products. FinTech and/or Financial Services Industry experience is an asset.

-Experience managing full sales cycles, from Discovery, to Product Demo, to Proposal and Negotiation.

- Ability to travel


Preferred Skills/Experience
- Travel Management, Expense Management, and Corporate Card experience/knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to manage and nurture partner relationships

- Strong understanding of software products, software-as-a-service, and value propositions of digitization

- Self motivated, with a learner's mindset

- Excellent presentation skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $101,490.00 - $119,400.00 - $131,340.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
