Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead a team and hands-on execution on the following:
•  Works and coordinates successfully with a multidisciplinary group of product leads, business leads and engineers.
•  Plans and executes projects to support of data insights, reporting and analytics.
•  Analyzes / designs complex BI Dashboards to satisfy reporting and analytic requirements.
•  Uses broad discretion in developing solutions for broad based business reporting issues.
•  Demonstrated competency in building a compelling narrative based on complex data and analytics that help tell your story and influence and inform a particular audience.
•  Documents platform processes, procedures, and training materials.
Qualifications:
•  10+ years of relevant experience in developing reporting and analytic solutions
•  Experience in managing and implementing successful agile projects
•  Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Intelligence and metrics
•  Extensive experience with Tableau Dashboard Deveopment, Server and Prep,Tableau API
Good Knowledge of Python
•  Strong SQL skills (Oracle)
•  Strong data visualization skills
•  Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
•  Evaluates BI tooling to identify opportunities to innovate, bring more value to the business and/or be more productive
•  Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills
•  Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
•  Develops a culture of integrity, productivity, quality and well-being with the team
•  Experience of creating functional and technical documents
•  Proficient in the use of JIRA with SCRUM
Education:
•  Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
