Responsibilities:

• Design and document robust API integrations with various marketplaces.
• Collaborate with R&D to understand API capabilities and develop new features based on marketplace feedback.
• Lead the implementation of API projects, ensuring successful integration with marketplace platforms.
• Work closely with PSA tools to manage project workflows and documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to marketplace partners during the integration process.
• Collect and analyze feedback from marketplaces to inform future API development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in designing and documenting APIs and integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other web services protocols.
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel) and API management tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Swagger).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
