Description
- Drive execution and operationalization of compliance risk assessments and testing - Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including supporting material for executives- Produce management-level reporting that captures dense information to report on results and drive solutions- Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives, as needed
Key Qualifications
  • 7+ years of financial services compliance, risk, or audit experience with the ability to design and execute compliance risk assessments and testing
  • Strong knowledge of key financial services regulations including those overseen by the Fed, CFPB, FinCEN, OFAC, and State Banking Departments
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand business and technology-related processes and identify risks
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to condense information to an executive-level presentation
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
  • Creativity to go beyond the obvious to find and deliver the best solution to the problem
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
