Service Offering Development: Develop and refine service offerings related to cloud technology and engineering. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive and cutting-edge. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of cloud projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning process for the cloud practice. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on the direction and growth of the practice.
Thought Leadership: Represent the firm as a thought leader in cloud technology and engineering. Participate in industry conferences, write articles, and contribute to the firm's marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in engineering including cloud technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies. Experience with cloud architecture, migration, and deployment.
Business Acumen: Strong business development skills with the ability to craft and sell complex service offerings. Experience in managing client relationships and driving project success.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
