Regulatory, Controls & Op Risk Technology is part of JPMC Corporate Technology, which designs and develops business products required to identify and manage JPMC’s regulatory obligations and associated firm policies, a control environment designed to manage compliance and operational risks across all Lines of Business (LOBs) and Corporate Functions and the calculation of Regulatory Capital and projection of Operational Risk Losses. As a learder in this unit, you will become part of a team that develops and executes Global Technology's multi-year roadmap to build scalable infrastructure supporting business initiatives, as well as positioning the firm effectively for responding to an external regulatory environment.

Job responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives
• Makes decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
• Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations
• Delivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams
• Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• At least 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
• Proven leadership and experience managing large Application and Support Teams globally.
• Experience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologists
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
• Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Practical cloud native experience
• Understands the full software stack and beyond.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
