Your Role

Partner Account Management Leader is responsible for leading relationships with strategic channel partners and Partner C-level executives, aligning business objectives, fostering strong partnerships, driving partner development initiatives, defining long-term strategic directions, prioritizing initiatives with senior leadership, overseeing partnerships and influencing go-to-market strategies for market success. The role develops and prioritizes strategic initiatives, driving key programs for excellence and growth. The role oversees partner development, evaluates new market opportunities, and formulates strategic directions. The role evaluates new developments, aligns them with partner initiatives, and integrates resources for strategic advice.

  • Leads relationships with large, strategic channel partners and partner c-level executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, addressing complex needs, and fostering strong partnerships to drive mutual success and optimal performance in partner development initiatives.
  • Defines the long-term strategic direction for partner account development, formulating and executing comprehensive plans that align with corporate goals, professionalizing the way of working with approval boards, and adopting commercial innovation and co-creation methods for enhanced partner selection.
  • Develops and prioritizes strategic initiatives in conjunction with senior leadership, driving key programs that achieve financial, operational, and customer service excellence while fostering innovation and growth through market analysis and identifying go-to-market opportunities.
  • Oversees partner development initiatives, evaluates new market opportunities using industry expertise to identify and assess potential partnerships and business ventures and formulates strategic directions for partner account management.
  • Evaluates new developments and opportunities, aligns them with partner initiatives, leverages trends and innovations to drive growth, integrates resources across segments for strategic advice, and influences product roadmaps and business models based on data insights to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Leads and mentors a regional team of partner account managers, provides strong technical and leadership guidance to develop high-performing teams and executes partner development initiatives, coaching less experienced professionals for growth.
  • Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.
  • Presents objective business information to executives and customers, influences strategic decisions and high level interactions, and uses expert negotiation skills to secure partnerships and act as the 'Voice of Operations' on strategic R&D product core teams.
  • Coordinates cross-functional and regional activities to ensure seamless integration of partner management strategies, collaborating with various business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver and govern effective solutions and drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Ensures adherence to corporate budgets and schedules, managing internal and external resources effectively to meet performance requirements, deliver projects within authorized budgets, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Influences and finalizes the Go-to-Market strategy to enhance partner skills, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives for achieving market success.

You're likely the right fit if you possess

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Business Strategy or equivalent.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Preferred Skills: Business Development, Market Research & Analysis, Commercial Acumen, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Account Strategies, Continuous Improvement, Stakeholder Management, KPI Monitoring and Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, Project Management, Developing Proposals, Risk Management, Sales Forecasting
