be primarily tasked with installing cabling and new racks within the data centers. You must be able to perform repetitive tasks and adhere to standard processes and best practices. You will be working in a team environment and must be able to communicate and promote cross-team functionality.
Key job responsibilities
- Basic build and troubleshooting of network devices.
- Creating/attaching labels and barcodes.
- Managing inventory of related materials.
- Adhering to defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures.Physical requirements:
- This position has a physical component and may require working in cramped spaces or elevated locations.
- Regularly lift 15kg or move heavy objects into position with 2 persons or equipment support.
- Regularly work at heights and from ladders.
- Work in noisy areas with hotter and colder temperatures than standard office environmental
conditions.
- Personal car and ability to travel within geographical work area is required.About the team

- Basic Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experienced with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Good knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting
- methodologies
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating
- efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of server hardware and components
